Each year the BMC Board of Directors selects a member of the club that goes above and beyond for the club. The recipient is presented with a 4′ high traveling trophy, which is engraved with their name along with all names of the previous award recipients going back to 1979.
2009 Outstanding Member of the Year – Ray Halsey
Ray served as President and on the Board in 2009 and 2010, and has donated countless personal hours and soil, sand, gravel dontations and heavy equipment use for a long time. The BMC grounds would not be what there are today without the significant involvement and investment of Mr. Halsey. Ray, thanks for everything you have done for Billings Motorcycle Club!
